Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Saddi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saddi comes to the cage accompanied by Duran Duran - The Wild Boys. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bob Saddi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Dempsey!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dempsey takes one to the side of the head.
That kick from Saddi tenderised Dempsey's leg. Dempsey is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dempsey crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Saddi - the referee stops the clock and Dempsey gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Saddi. Dempsey manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Saddi thuds his shin into the meat of Dempsey's side.
A solid leg kick lands there for Saddi.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Saddi swings for the body but Dempsey moves out of range.

Saddi tries to clinch but Dempsey is having none of it.

Saddi feints and then cracks Dempsey's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dempsey down.

Saddi's corner calls for a 1-2. Saddi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Bob Saddi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Saddi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Saddi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dempsey was well out of range. Poor timing from Saddi.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Saddi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dempsey moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dempsey has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Saddi.
Crunch! Saddi slams his shin into Dempsey's torso.

Saddi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Dempsey takes one to the side of the head.
Saddi connects with a solid leg kick.
Dempsey takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Saddi.
Saddi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Dempsey is rocked!
Saddi scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Dempsey is still on wobbly legs! Can Saddi finish him?
Saddi circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Dempsey tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Saddi wins by KO!
