The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabollaro throws a leg kick that is checked
and Knight counters with a nice body shot.
Cabollaro is breathing heavily.

Knight lands a big right hand that sends Cabollaro crashing to the mat! Knight stays standing though and waves Cabollaro back to his feet!

It looks like Javier Cabollaro has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Knight tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cabollaro swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Knight tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Knight rushes Cabollaro and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Cabollaro blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Knight manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

A left hand lands to the body for Cabollaro.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Cabollaro as Knight tries to tie him up.
Knight avoids the elbow strike from Cabollaro, against the ropes.
Knight tries to work over Cabollaro's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Knight on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Knight.
Knight stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Knight lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Cabollaro on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Knight lands a nice short elbow.

Cabollaro is rocked!
Knight looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Oh Cabollaro is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cabollaro on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cabollaro tries to get out of the position.
Knight is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Cabollaro is hurt! He's hurt bad - Knight fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Cabollaro from any more punishment! Congratulations to Knight! Great finish!
