Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Magenta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Gerrik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magenta looks to land a left hand but Gerrik moved out of range nicely.
Gerrik uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Magenta.
Magenta could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Gerrik goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Gerrik has managed to clinch.
Gerrik wants to take the fight to the mat but Magenta manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Gerrik is fighting off a takedown attempt but Magenta is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Gerrik to the mat. Gerrik regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Magenta postures up in Gerrik's guard and throws a big left but Gerrik blocks it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magenta wants to pass the guard but Gerrik is keeping the position.
Magenta trying to move into half guard but instead Gerrik has managed to sweep!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Magenta avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Gerrik working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Magenta's head.
Magenta manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Magenta sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Gerrik is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Magenta throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Gerrik is looking to improve his position but Magenta isn't that keen on the idea.
Magenta looking to control but Gerrik is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Magenta misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Magenta has hold of Gerrik's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Gerrik manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Magenta wants to control the action but instead Gerrik gets a body lock and reverses into Magenta's guard! Nice work!
Gerrik throws a big right hand that misses.

Magenta had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gerrik defends it easily.

Magenta is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Gerrik rolls with it to try and escape but Magenta cranks on the arm and Gerrik is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
