Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mari Juana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxy Maxy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Maxy enables Juana to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Maxy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Juana is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Maxy slaps away a takedown attempt from Juana, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Maxy stalks Juana and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Juana's face. Juana staggers backwards, shaken.

The referee asks Juana politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Juana prefers to stall for the moment though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Maxy gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Juana in particular looking to stall.
Juana seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
