Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campos closes the distance but Cruz moves to the side
and Cruz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Campos throws a predictable looking body shot
and Cruz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Cruz shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Campos moves away from the strike by Cruz.

Campos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Cruz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Campos pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Cruz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cruz sends Campos crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Cruz is motioning to the referee to let Campos up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

In his post fight interview, Jorge Cruz started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
