Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ichabod Crane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crane is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: ROCK THE NIGHT. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crane throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gracie on the side of the head.
Crane throws a body punch but Gracie moves out of range.
Crane scores with a jab. Gracie acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Gracie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ichabod Crane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crane moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Rickson Gracie has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Crane connects with a nice looking jab.
Gracie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gracie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Crane scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Crane scores with a hook to the body. Gracie takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Gracie is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Oooooh!!! Crane has knocked Gracie down with a huge combo! Crane steps away and waves a wobbly Gracie back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Gracie is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crane lands with a big right hook that stumbles Gracie - he's out on his feet here! Crane follows up with another monster hook that separates Gracie from consciousness! Gracie falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Crane stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
