Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Joesph Ely!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Josh West and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ely closes the distance and pushes Styles back into the cage.
Styles looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Ely escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Ely darts in and clinches Styles up against the cage.

Ely manages to pull guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Ely seems keen to control Styles's posture.

Styles avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Styles tries to free his leg and advance position but Ely is retaining full guard.
Ely trying to strike off his back.
Ely pulls Styles in close to prevent any damage.
Ely wants to sweep but no luck.
Ely is controlling Styles's posture.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ely wants to stand and escape but Styles is having none of it.
Ely lands a good elbow from the bottom.
Ely is pulling down on Styles's head. It's preventing any offense from Styles, at least for the moment.
Ely is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Styles won't allow Ely to sweep him here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Joesph Ely.
Ely connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Styles is rocked!
Styles fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ely avoids it really well and circles away.
Oh Styles is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Styles is defended easily by Ely.
Styles seems to have got his legs back now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ely throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Styles crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
