Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richard Jay Franlkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randall White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franlkin comes to the cage accompanied by Hammerfall Restless Soul. White has chosen Company Flow – 8 Steps To Perfection as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard Jay Franlkin!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Randall White!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franlkin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Franlkin throws a looping overhand right but White ducks down to avoid it.
Horrible takedown by White or perhaps it was just good defense by Franlkin which made him look bad.
Franlkin lands a right hook to the body.
White closes the distance but Franlkin moves to the side
and Franlkin counters with a straight right hand.

White stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Franlkin swivels though and keeps the full guard.

This has been an exciting period of action!

White is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Franlkin defends it well.

White changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Franlkin tries to avoid it but White manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Franlkin to the ground. Franlkin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
