PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Temujin Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pop PopCorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black comes to the cage accompanied by Dropkick murphys - drink and fight. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
PopCorn tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Black counters with a one-two to the body.
PopCorn avoids a punch combination nicely.
PopCorn closes the distance but Black moves to the side

and Black counters by clinching up.
A frustrated look appears on PopCorn's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Black has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but PopCorn regains guard immediately.
Black passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Black takes a little break here. PopCorn wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Black cracks PopCorn with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Black looks up at the clock and then as PopCorn takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Black smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
PopCorn is trying to escape the position but Black is controlling the position.
Black has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Black is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. PopCorn is trying to escape and Black transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and PopCorn is forced to tap! Nice work there by Black! Very nice indeed!
