The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Carolus.
Dobzinski throws a hook to the side of Carolus's head but Carolus sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dobzinski looks to land a combination but Carolus avoids it well.
Carolus shoots in looking for a takedown but Dobzinski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Carolus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dobzinski throws the left hand but Carolus avoids the punch easily.
A slow jab from Dobzinski misses its intended target.
Carolus avoids the body shot from Dobzinski.
Dobzinski lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Dobzinski smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Dobzinski throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Carolus's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Dobzinski dives in looking to finish as Carolus flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Dobzinski's strikes! Dobzinski is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Carolus's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Carolus was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Marcelo Dobzinski spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
