Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Newbomb Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Isildor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Isildor has chosen The Hobbit Music as his entrance music. Newbomb Turk has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Isildor doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Turk counters with a slapping leg kick.
The fighters circling - Turk throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Isildor misses with a takedown attempt - Turk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

It looks like Isildor is going to stand back up.
Turk might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Turk won't allow Isildor to pass to mount.

Turk's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

and Isildor counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Turk's guard now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

We're going to have a standup here because Newbomb Turk wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Horrible takedown by Isildor or perhaps it was just good defense by Turk which made him look bad.

Isildor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and Isildor makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Turk really felt that one!
Isildor darts in trying to clinch
and Turk counters with a nice low kick that buckles Isildor's knee momentarily.

Turk sends Isildor crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Turk is motioning to the referee to let Isildor up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Isildor shoots in looking for a takedown. Turk tries to sprawl out of it but Isildor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Turk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Isildor holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Isildor looks up at the clock. Bad move! Turk lands a right hand from hell, dropping Isildor. Turk pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
