PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brynden Tully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rubin Neshakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rubin Neshakov told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neshakov is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Rubin Neshakov has been cut.
Tully with a hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tully ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Neshakov looks winded!

Tully moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Neshakov goes down! Can Tully finish him!?

Neshakov is rocked!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Tully cracks Neshakov with a solid left hand.
Neshakov is still in real trouble! Can Tully finish him?

Tully stands and steps away. Neshakov gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Tully shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Tully slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Tully lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Brynden Tully!
After the fight, Brynden Tully was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
