The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cornelius throws a hook but Eshimuro blocks it.
Eshimuro doesn't succeed with the takedown

Cornelius leaves Eshimuro with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Cornelius rushes Eshimuro and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

and Cornelius cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Eshimuro is still on wobbly legs! Can Cornelius finish him?
Eshimuro is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cornelius.
Eshimuro seems to have recovered his senses.
Eshimuro doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Eshimuro throws a series of punches but Cornelius avoids them all with ease.
Cornelius cracks Eshimuro with a hook to the temple - Eshimuro is on wobbly legs here! Cornelius swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Eshimuro falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Cornelius wins by TKO!

In his post fight interview, Kolo Cornelius started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
