Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between David Luiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cyril Figgus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cyril Figgus is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Luiz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cyril Figgus!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luiz rushes Figgus and presses him up against the ropes.
Luiz goes for a takedown attempt but Figgus pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Luiz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Figgus tries to avoid it but Luiz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Figgus to the ground. Figgus escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Figgus ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Luiz circles away from the clinch attempt
and Luiz counters by moving into the clinch.
Figgus tries to land knees in the clinch but Luiz avoids the damage to the body.
Luiz letting Figgus take a breather here.
Luiz blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Luiz has picked Figgus up - he's going for a ride! Luiz dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Luiz thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Luiz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Figgus does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Luiz controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Luiz thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Figgus's head.
Luiz lands with a punch from half guard.
Luiz sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Figgus defending well though.
Luiz not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Figgus is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Luiz scores with a couple of nice shots.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Luiz is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Luiz looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Luiz looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Luiz works his way into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Check out the look on Luiz's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Figgus is working to avoid the ground and pound but Luiz connects with a decent elbow.
Luiz works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
You can see the frustration on Figgus's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Luiz is working Figgus over with some ground and pound from side control.
Luiz cracks Figgus with a big elbow.
Figgus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Luiz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Luiz lands some shots froms side control.
Figgus is rocked!
Luiz looks up at the clock and then as Figgus takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Luiz smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Figgus is still in real trouble! Can Luiz finish him?
Figgus is trying to escape the position but Luiz is controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Luiz scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Figgus is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Luiz can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Luiz!
