The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Paxton shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Sackett on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sackett tries to get out of the position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Paxton working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Paxton has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Sackett keeping full guard, as Paxton tries to pass.
Paxton stands and throws Sackett's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Paxton tries to move into full mount but can't pass Sackett's legs.

Paxton is trying to get an arm triangle but Sackett is defending well.
Paxton cracks Sackett with a big elbow.

Paxton is looking to take a break and control but Sackett is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Paxton is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Sackett is trying to escape and Paxton transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Sackett is forced to tap! Nice work there by Paxton! Very nice indeed!
