And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaughan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Vaughan falls off balance throwing a combination
and Manfred counters with a three punch combo that has Vaughan backing up. Vaughan nods at Manfred to acknowledge the strikes.
Manfred looks for the body kick but Vaughan saw that one coming.
Vaughan dives in and grabs Manfred's left leg, looking for a takedown. Manfred pushes down on Vaughan's head and hops out.
Vaughan shoots in looking for a takedown but Manfred manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vaughan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Manny Manfred has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bailey Vaughan.
Manfred keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Vaughan fails with the takedown
and Vaughan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vaughan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Manfred sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vaughan somewhat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Vaughan.

Vaughan shoots for a double leg takedown but Manfred sprawls well. He's pushed Vaughan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Manfred throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Vaughan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Manfred but Manfred pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Manfred dances in with a quick combination. Vaughan is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Manfred snaps Vaughan's head back. Vaughan stumbles backwards against the cage. Manfred steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Vaughan's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Vaughan just didn't come prepared.
