King's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, ACDC- Thunderstruck. The crowd seem to be enjoying Belfort's choice of entrance music: Bate Pesadão. Vitor Belfort acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King tries a head kick but it misses.
Belfort scores with a nice strike.
Belfort lands a jab to King's midsection.

Vitor Belfort seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Belfort pushes off an throws an elbow but King leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

King lands a good knee to the midsection. Belfort won't want to take too many of those.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Belforts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Belfort is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
King with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Belfort looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

King bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Belfort is not content to let King control the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
King controls the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Vitor Belfort's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Belfort is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down King rather than just go for the knockout.
King ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Belfort is still on wobbly legs! Can King finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King lands a slapping body shot.
King ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Belfort's jaw. Belfort's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! King does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
