Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alvaro Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taneli Hauki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salazar kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Don Omar ft Tego Calderon - Bandolero. Hauki is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kyuss - Green Machine. Alvaro Salazar is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hauki connects with a body shot that sends Salazar's belly button to the back.
Salazar tries to clinch but Hauki is having none of it.
Salazar bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Salazar tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Salazar has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Salazar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hauki is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The ground and pound from Salazar seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Salazar throws an elbow but Hauki slips to the side and avoids it well.
Salazar wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hauki, who protects the arm well.
Salazar has an Americana. Hauki didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Salazar is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Salazar hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Alvaro Salazar!
