Creed comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome To The Jungle. John Black has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jake Creed's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creed fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Black lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Black feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Creeds jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Black lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Creed circles away quickly and effectively.
Creed throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Black lands with a right hand.
Creed shoots in and drives through. Black sprawls well.
Black moves into range and connects with a jab.
Creed rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Black counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Creed's guard now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Black is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Black drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Black jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
