Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Lennart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joni Johnsso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnsso changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lennart looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Lennart prevents Johnsso from improving position.

Johnsso tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Johnsso has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Lennart is looking to reverse the position.

Johnsso tries for a kimura but Lennart is defending well.
Lennart is trying to get back to half guard.

Johnsso is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lennart knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Johnsso is pressing down on Lennart's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lennart is holding on for now.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Johnsso is trying to work for a kimura but Lennart is defending well.

Johnsso is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lennart has escaped the position, nice work there.
Lennart gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Johnsso is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Lennart defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Johnsso is working for a rear naked choke. Lennart is not defending it well and Johnsso has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Lennart refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Lennart's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
