Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Laak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sackett comes to the cage accompanied by She Hates Me. Laak has chosen Pain - Shut your mouth as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laak avoids the body shot from Sackett.
Sackett fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Laak checks it well.
Laak swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Sackett shoots in and gets a takedown into Laak's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Laak manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Laak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Laak wants it to stay on the feet.

Laak feints and then cracks Sackett's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sackett down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Laak rushes Sackett and presses him up against the cage.
Laak is pressed up against the cage. Sackett has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Laak down to the mat. Laak avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Laak feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sacketts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sackett sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Laak ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Sackett's jaw. Sackett's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Laak does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
