Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Agilulfe Fragonard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilkka Mursu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mursu has chosen Someday I'll be the Champ as his entrance music. Agilulfe Fragonard had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ilkka Mursu!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mursu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fragonard avoids it really well and circles away.
A jab from Fragonard misses.
Fragonard throws a lazy right hand but Mursu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Mursu shoots in but Fragonard avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Fragonard slaps away a takedown attempt from Mursu, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Agilulfe Fragonard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ilkka Mursu.
Fragonard feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fragonard working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Mursu's head.

Fragonard with a flurry of punches that miss.
Fragonard throws a strike but Mursu rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Fragonard wants to sweep here but Mursu controlling him for the moment.
Mursu postures up and lands a big shot to Fragonard's brow.
Mursu working some strikes from top position.
Mursu is in close to Fragonard's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Mursu has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Fragonard looking for a sweep. Not yet Fragonard, not yet.
Mursu is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Mursu drops back looking for a leg! Fragonard is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fragonard manages to kick Mursu off! Mursu jumps back into Fragonard's guard.
Fragonard tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fragonard is working hard here to advance position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mursu thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Mursu throwing strikes but missing.
Mursu trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Fragonard tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Mursu throwing strikes from guard but Fragonard blocks nicely.
Mursu throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Mursu is in close to Fragonard's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Fragonard lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Mursu!

Fragonard connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Fragonard cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mursu can't escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fragonard lands a nice shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fragonard scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Fragonard lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Mursu! Fragonard sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Mursu and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Agilulfe Fragonard!
