Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chong Zhu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valerio Bertoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhu comes to the cage accompanied by Meet Gazoo. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Valerio Bertoto!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhu misses the shot to the body.
Zhu lands with a thumping leg kick.
Zhu loads up on a big right hand but Bertoto slips the punch.
Zhu misses with a head kick.
Bertoto takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bertoto scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Bertoto working away.
Bertoto is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Zhu knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Bertoto working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Bertoto goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Zhu rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bertoto's guard! Nice work there by Zhu!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bertoto looking to hit a scissor sweep but Zhu is one step ahead there.
Zhu wants to pass the guard but Bertoto is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bertoto manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bertoto jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Zhu manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Zhu tries to get back to half guard but can't.
You can see the frustration on Zhu's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bertoto has hold of Zhu's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Zhu tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bertoto cranks the arm and Zhu screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Zhu, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Valerio Bertoto!
After the fight, Valerio Bertoto was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
