Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Peyton Hillis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Flintstone!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hillis throws a series of punches but Flintstone avoids them all with ease.
Hillis looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Flintstone dodges the punch combination from Hillis.
Flintstone throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Flintstone tests Hillis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Nice defenses there by Hillis.
Flintstone takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hillis throws a leg kick
and Flintstone counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Flintstone doesn't manage to clinch there - Hillis circles away.
A clash of legs there as Flintstone blocks the low kick.
No luck for Flintstone with that takedown attempt.
Flintstone avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A looping hook to the body misses from Flintstone. Hillis does a little dance to reset his feet.

Flintstone drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hillis gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Hillis tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Flintstone is able to avoid easily.

Peyton Hillis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hillis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Flintstone, pushing him back against the ropes.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Flintstone struggles to land a body shot inside as Hillis controls his hands.
Flintstone lands with a right to the head.
Hillis is trying to break free.

Hillis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Flintstone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hillis.

Hillis throws a solid leg kick but Flintstone takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hillis.

Hillis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Flintstone moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Flintstone throws a right hand that Hillis ducks under and follows up with a left that Hillis also avoids with ease.
Flintstone throws a body punch but Hillis moves out of range.

Hillis fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Flintstone is out of range.
Flintstone defending well as Hillis loads up on a big left hand.
Hillis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Flintstone.
Flintstone throws a lazy right hand but Hillis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Flintstone takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Flintstone cracks a nice hook into Hillis's ribs.
Hillis throws a lazy head kick
and Flintstone counters with a nice leg kick.
Flintstone misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Peyton Hillis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fred Flintstone.
Hillis slaps away a takedown attempt from Flintstone, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Hillis stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Flintstone.
Flintstone tries to close the distance and clinch but Hillis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Flintstone takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hillis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Flintstone.
Good work by Hillis as he checks the leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Peyton Hillis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Flintstone cracks the inside of Hillis's front leg.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hillis lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Flintstone has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Flintstone and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Flintstone throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Flintstone is looking to clinch but Hillis is avoiding it.
Hillis misses with a wild body shot.

Flintstone lands a right hook to the body.

Hillis closes the distance and clinches.

Hillis breaks the clinch.
Hillis blocks a jab.
Flintstone fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hillis has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hillis looks to land a combination but Flintstone avoids it well.
Nice shot by Hillis.
Flintstone takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Hillis moves out of range of the strikes.
Hillis connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hillis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Hillis pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Flintstone on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Hillis throws a chopping leg kick but Flintstone manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Flintstone tries to clinch but Hillis moves out of range.
Hillis keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hillis avoids a kick to the body.
That kick from Hillis tenderised Flintstone's leg. Flintstone is trying to keep his angry face on.
Flintstone looks winded!
Flintstone moves out of range as Hillis throws a body kick.

Hillis cracks Flintstone with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hillis has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Flintstone to stand back up!


Flintstone is rocked!
Hillis lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Flintstone out cold! Flintstone is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the ropes! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Peyton Hillis!
After the fight, Peyton Hillis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
