PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ron Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Erik Andersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ron Paul has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ron Paul seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ron Paul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jon Erik Andersen!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Paul drives through and clinches with Andersen against the cage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ron Paul.
