Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buddy Threadgood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chino Cochino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cochino's choice of entrance music: Cake-The Distance. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Threadgood misses.
Threadgood pivots, looking for a leg kick but Cochino is out of range and Threadgood settles back down.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Cochino.
Threadgood attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Buddy Threadgood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cochino doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Cochino connects with a leg kick. Threadgood looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Cochino counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Threadgood misses with an uppercut. Cochino saw that one coming.

Threadgood closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Cochino is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Chino Cochino hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Cochino chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Threadgood can pounce on him.
Threadgood works over Cochino's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Chino Cochino has been cut.
