Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Riviere Hinds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Riviere Hinds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcos Silva!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinds misses with a body shot.

Silva gets a clinch.
Hinds blocks an elbow strike from Silva.
Silva wants to get back to striking at distance but Hinds won't allow it.
Hinds has a couple of punches blocked by Silva.
Silva just leaning against Hinds, taking a breather.
Silva lands a hook that snaps the head of Hinds backwards.

Silva pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Silva dives in and grabs Hinds's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hinds pushes down on Silva's head and hops out.
Silva swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Hinds closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hinds lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Hinds trying to control but Silva is working from the bottom.
Silva is pulling down on Hinds's head to control his posture.

Hinds stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hinds wants to control but Silva is keeping him busy.
Hinds thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hinds lands a nice short elbow.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Silva won't allow Hinds to pass to mount.
Silva moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hinds is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Silva is trying to control the position but Hinds postures up.

Silva has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Hinds is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Silva.
Hinds lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Silva down.

Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hinds walks into a stiff left hand from Silva.
Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hinds.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hinds. Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hinds pivots, looking for a leg kick but Silva is out of range and Hinds settles back down.
Silva tries to clinch there but Hinds circles away.

Hinds looks to land a left hand but Silva moved out of range nicely.
Hinds closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Hinds pushes Silva against the cage but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Hinds keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hinds fakes the leg kick and cracks Silva in the body.
Silva throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hinds scores with a jab to the head.
Hinds has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Silva finds it's way round the side to connect with Hinds's head.

Silva moves into the clinch successfully.

Hinds throws a punch but it's blocked by Silva.
Silva is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Silva fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Silva can't get the takedown.
Hinds tries to circle away but Silva has him pinned against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Silva wants to take the fight to the mat but Hinds manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Riviere Hinds has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcos Silva.
Hinds is trying to maintain a safe position but Silva gets an underhook and turns Hinds into the cage.
Hinds digs a right hand underneath Silva's ribcage. Silva let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Silva has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hinds is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hinds gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hinds wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.

Hinds is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hinds with a flurry of punches that miss.
Silva seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Silva not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Silva is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Hinds is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A close second round but Marcos Silva will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Hinds darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Silva tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hinds smiles and moves away.

Silva has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hinds's face.

The referee warns Hinds that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
