Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kong Su han (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pip Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Su han comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman - Metallica. Kong Su han has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Kong Su han!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pip Gonzalez!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Gonzalez.
Gonzalez on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Su han. Su han obviously looking to wear him down.
A slow jab from Gonzalez misses its intended target.
Gonzalez throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Gonzalez lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Gonzalez scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gonzalez looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Gonzalez shoots for a double leg takedown but Su han sprawls well. He's pushed Gonzalez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Su han misses with a low kick.
Su han connects with a body shot that sends Gonzalez's belly button to the back.
Gonzalez lands a lovely overhand right.

Gonzalez fails with the takedown.
Su han takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Gonzalez jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Su han connects with an inside leg kick.
A low kick from Su han is predictable there
and Gonzalez counters with a thumping low kick.
Gonzalez misses with a hook. Su han ducked under it nicely.
Pip Gonzalez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gonzalez lands with an uppercut that bounces Su han off the cage and back into range.
Su han leaves Gonzalez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kong Su han has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pip Gonzalez.
Gonzalez misses with a wild body shot.
Su han doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Su han takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Gonzalez scores with a nice strike.
Gonzalez bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Su han's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gonzalez chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Su han can pounce on him.

Gonzalez thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gonzalez connects with a body shot.
Gonzalez avoids the head kick by Su han.
Gonzalez swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Su han counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gonzalez lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Su han backs up against the cage.
Su han blocks the body kick.
Gonzalez misses with a body shot.
Gonzalez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Su han pinned against the cage. Su han gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Su han throws a leg kick but Gonzalez sees it coming and moves out of range.
Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown but Su han shows good takedown defense.
Su han avoids the body shot from Gonzalez.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gonzalez thows a body shot but no joy.
Su han is looking to clinch but Gonzalez is avoiding it.
Kong Su han is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Su han wants to clinch but Gonzalez slips to the side
and Gonzalez counters with a right hand to the body.
Su han throws a leg kick which misses Gonzalez's front leg but catches the back leg as Gonzalez tries to avoid it.
A punch lands to the side of Su han 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Gonzalez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Su han was well out of range. Poor timing from Gonzalez.
Gonzalez throws an off balance right hand
and Su han counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Gonzalez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Gonzalez misses with a head kick.
Gonzalez misses with a body kick.
Gonzalez looks to score with a jab to the body but Su han is just out of range.
Su han lands with a thumping leg kick.
Su han lands a front kick.
Gonzalez looks winded!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Su han tries to score with a low kick but Gonzalez moves his leg out of the way.
Su han moves in looking to clinch but Gonzalez pushes him off.
Decent striking displayed by Gonzalez there.
Gonzalez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Su han.
Gonzalez throws a body kick that misses
and Su han counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Gonzalez throws a nice outside leg kick.
Gonzalez tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Nice uppercut there from Su han.
Gonzalez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Su han tries to land a front kick but Gonzalez steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Su han napping and manages to drive through into side control!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Su han wants to control but Gonzalez postures up.
Gonzalez cracks Su han with a big right hand but Su han just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

That's five minutes gone in the round.
Gonzalez cracks Su han with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Gonzalez landing a few strikes.
Su han can't do much from the bottom here.
Gonzalez has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Su han is trying to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Su han defending against the ground and pound.
Gonzalez working the head and body with strikes.
Gonzalez throws a strike aimed at the side of Su han's head but Su han avoids it well.
Gonzalez throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Gonzalez cracks Su han with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Gonzalez immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Su han is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Gonzalez!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pip Gonzalez!
A relieved looking Pip Gonzalez thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
