Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mick Fegan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fegan swinging wildly here.
Fegan shoots in and drives through. Silva sprawls well.
Fegan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Silva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Fegan had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Silva defends it easily.
Fegan is breathing heavily.
Fegan looking to hit a scissor sweep but Silva is one step ahead there.

Fegan has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Silva off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Fegan gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Fegan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Silva has him pressed against the cage.

Fegan trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fegan is on top in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Silva pulls Fegan in close to prevent any damage.
Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Silva instigates a clinch.
Fegan lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Fegan tries to break the clinch but Silva is controlling the position.
Silva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fegan walks away with a smile on his face. Silva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Silva tries to clinch up but Fegan circles away and keeps his distance.
Fegan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Silva misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mick Fegan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Silva.

Silva tries to clinch but Fegan is having none of it.
Mick Fegan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fegan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Silva on the side of the head.

Fegan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fegan batters Silva with a massive right followed by a huge left! Silva is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Fegan lands a final crushing right hand to drop Silva to the mat with a gruesome thud! Fegan is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
