Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brus Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jupiter Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Li kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Blue Bob - Go Get Some. Jones is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Brownstone. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jupiter Jones!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li walks forward, straight into a front kick from Jones.
Nice shot lands for Jones.
Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jones lands with a kick to the temple. Li shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Li tries to clinch up.

Li gets a clinch.
Jones lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Li backwards.
Jones lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones throws a good cross that connects.
Jones scores with a decent looking hook.
Li takes a jab right on the kisser.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Li fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jones scores with a shot to the body.
Li lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Jones avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Jones misses with a two punch combination.
Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Li.
Jones scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Jones tries a head kick but it misses.
Li on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Li defending well as Jones loads up on a big left hand.
Li swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Li takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Li throws a head kick that misses.
Jones lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Brus Li has been cut.

A solid leg kick lands there for Jones.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jones lands a nice looking body shot.
Li tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range.
Li closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Jones throws a jab when Li was well out of range.
Jones blocks a head kick by Li.
Jones cracks Li with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jones throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Jones is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Li had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Li throws a body punch but Jones moves out of range.
Li walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Jones circles away from the clinch attempt
and Jones makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Jones swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Li takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The fighters circle momentarily. Jones darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Li uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jones.
Jones tries to land a front kick but Li steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Li tries to clinch but Jones moves away
and Jones counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Jones misses with a straight right.
Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Jones misses with some punches.
Jones lands with a light punch inside.
Li is trying to stall.
Li's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Jones pushes Li back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jones misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Li makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Li wants to break free but Jones has control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Li pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Li on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Jones throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Li is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Jones lands a lovely overhand right.
Jones scores with a kick to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jupiter Jones dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Brus Li's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

A solid leg kick lands there for Jones.
Jones darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Jones cracks Li with a good jab.
Jupiter Jones seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Li bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Li avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jones cracks Li with an open hand slap.
Jones misses with a body kick.
Jones connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Li keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jones.
Jones clobbers Li with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Jones connects with a nice looking jab.

Jones lands a left and a right that send Li crashing to the mat, dazed. Jones thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Li is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Li looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Li wants to stay close but Jones steps back to make room for something. Li seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Jones and Li drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Jupiter Jones!
Jupiter Jones made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Thanks to Brus for taking the fight. Thanks to the next bozo I get to beat on. I'm ready!'.
