Ford has chosen For What It's Worth as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Ford. Those never looked like landing.
Decent striking displayed by Leak there.
Leak misses with a double jab.
Ford tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Leak manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ford throws a left and a right that both miss

and Leak counters by moving into the clinch.
Leak on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Leak throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Leak lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Still in the clinch, Leak scores with a nice short uppercut.
Leak working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Ford can't get the takedown.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Leak lands a damaging elbow.

Leak pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ford fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Leak manages to avoid it.
Ford throws an ugly left hook that misses

Ford shoots in and drives through. Leak sprawls well.
Ford moves to clinch but Leak breaks away
and Leak counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ford is still on wobbly legs! Can Leak finish him?
Leak lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Ford tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Leak makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ford looks winded!

Ford seems to have recovered his senses.

Leak drops Ford with a beautiful combination! Ford stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Leak is looking for the KO!
Ford backs away from a small jab... but Leak lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Ford crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Leak with a spectacular finish!

A relieved looking Kelly Leak thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
