The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamed has closed the distance and engaged Carvalho in a clinch.
Hamed lands an elbow that stopped Carvalho in his tracks for a moment.

Carvalho changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hamed fights it off and pushes away nicely.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Hamed.
Hamed creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Carvalho with a big uppercut! Carvalho tries to clinch up but Hamed pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Carvalho to the mat! Carvalho covers up and Hamed unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Naseem Hamed!
A very excited looking Naseem Hamed made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
