Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kyle Tillman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tim Lessler!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tillman throws a shot to the body.
Tillman digs a good hook to Lessler's body.
Tillman swings for the body but Lessler moves out of range.
Tillman just misses with a punch to the body.
Lessler has a takedown stuffed.
Tillman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Lessler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tillman thuds a left hand into Lessler's body.
Tillman lands with a good body shot.
Tillman throws a good cross that connects.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tillman connects with a body shot.
Tillman lands a jab to Lessler's midsection.
Lessler rushes Tillman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Tillman is looking to break free of the clinch but Lessler has double underhooks.
Lessler has Tillman pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Lessler pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Tillman tumbling to the mat - Lessler dives into Tillman's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Tillman wants to sweep but no luck.
Tillman seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Tillman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tillman controls Lessler momentarily but Lessler frees himself.
Tillman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tillman thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Lessler blocking the ground and pound.
Lessler holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Tillman tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Poor strikes thrown by Tillman there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Tillman prevents Lessler from getting the reversal.

Lessler is rocked!
Tillman looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Lessler covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
