Smith has control of Mustang's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Mustang regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Mustang quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Smith has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Mustang celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A relieved looking Roy Mustang thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
