Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Blaylock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sir Smokealot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaylock comes to the cage accompanied by Head Like a Hole. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Sir Smokealot enters the cage!

Smokealot shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Blaylock manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Smokealot is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Blaylock is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Smokealot goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Blaylock has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Smokealot but great work by Blaylock.

Blaylock postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Smokealot is looking to regain half guard here but Blaylock keeps moving and retains side control.
Blaylock wants to lay and pray for a moment but Smokealot keeps working.

Blaylock seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Smokealot does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Blaylock is really struggling to control Smokealot but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Smokealot shoots in but no luck this time.
Blaylock swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Smokealot tries to close the distance and clinch but Blaylock swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Blaylock lands a lovely overhand right.
Smokealot drops his hands momentarily and Blaylock takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smokealot is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Blaylock just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Smokealot has gone limp and this one is over!

Dirk Blaylock really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Ultra Fight Gear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
