The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Guti does no damage.
Guti will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Guti dodges the punch combination from Fagina.

Fagina closes the distance and clinches.
Fagina tries to break the clinch but Guti is controlling the position.
Fagina blocks an uppercut.
Guti has Fagina pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Fagina manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Guti goes for a takedown attempt but Fagina pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Guti. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fagina tries to clinch there but Guti circles away.
Fagina lands a left and a right that sends Guti crashing to the canvas! Fagina dives into mount looking to finish!

Fagina cracks Guti with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
