Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior Barboza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Bomb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bomb comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Living Young Wild And Free kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bomb moves into range and clinches up with Barboza.

Bomb pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Barboza throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bomb sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Bomb moves forwards but Barboza connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Bomb shoots in looking for a takedown. Barboza tries to sprawl out of it but Bomb keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barboza manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Barboza lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bomb circles away quickly and effectively.

Barboza connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bomb momentarily.

Bomb pushes Barboza up against the cage in a clinch.

Bomb breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bomb uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Barboza.
Barboza uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Barboza looks to land a left hand but Bomb moved out of range nicely.

Bomb changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barboza tries to avoid it but Bomb manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barboza to the ground. Barboza escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bomb is defended easily by Barboza.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Barboza throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bomb on the side of the head.

Barboza catches Bomb with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

and Bomb holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Bomb jumps guard but Barboza turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Bomb is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Barboza gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Bomb takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Bomb takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bomb fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Barboza avoids it really well and circles away.
Barboza circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Bomb to the canvas! Bomb doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Barboza keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
