The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lange shoots in but Perry avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Perry shoots in for a takedown but Lange shows good takedown defense.
Lange avoids a punch combination nicely.
Perry closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lange circles away.

Lange moves into range and clinches up with Perry.
Perry wants a takedown.

Perry is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Lange is trying to maintain a safe position but Perry gets an underhook and turns Lange into the cage.
Lange is trying to pull guard but Perry turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Perry changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lange fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Perry is looking to take a break and control but Lange is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
