Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Peter Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luiz Soto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soto comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Busta Rhymes Feat Eminem - I'll Hurt You kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Peter Jones has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luiz Soto!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Soto or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.
Soto misses with a takedown attempt - Jones sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jones slaps away a takedown attempt from Soto, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Peter Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luiz Soto.

Soto is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jones is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well Soto has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
