Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Damian Roshan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Rutecki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Roshan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Cranberries-Zombie. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rutecki's choice of entrance music: Remember the Name. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutecki misses with a low kick as Roshan jumps back.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rutecki. Roshan does a little dance to reset his feet.
Roshan missing with a left hand there. Rutecki was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Rutecki looks to land a right hand but Roshan moved out of range.
Rutecki throws a low kick but Roshan avoids it.

Roshan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Rutecki as Roshan shoots in.
Roshan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Rutecki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Roshan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dexter Rutecki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Roshan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rutecki is fending him off so far but Roshan persists. Nope, Rutecki circles away and we're back to standing.

Roshan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rutecki's half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Roshan cracks Rutecki with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
