The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Axe Man takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A nice leg kick lands there from Axe Man.
Johnson misses with a series of wild punches.
Johnson lands a nice looking body shot.

Johnson bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Axe Man! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Axe Man is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Axe Man is working an open guard so Johnson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Axe Man is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?
Johnson is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Axe Man flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Axe Man is out cold! Johnson holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
