The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Numb misses with a wild combination.

Numb scores with a takedown into Padilla's guard.
Numb trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Padilla being controlled here, momentarily.
Numb forces his way into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Numb thows a huge punch but Padilla dodges it nicely.
Numb is taking a breather. Padilla says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Numb uses his free foot to push down on Padilla's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Padilla.

Numb is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Numb!
