Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Goku Kakaroto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavel Vodenisov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kakaroto tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Vodenisov paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Vodenisov gets control of Kakaroto's arms and successfully pulls guard. Vodenisov will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Vodenisov pulls Kakaroto in close to his closed guard and prevents Kakaroto from doing any damage or advancing position.
Kakaroto has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Vodenisov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kakaroto is fending him off so far but Vodenisov persists. Nope, Kakaroto circles away and we're back to standing.

Kakaroto drives through and clinches with Vodenisov against the cage.
Kakaroto is trying to push Vodenisov away but Vodenisov has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Vodenisov jumps guard but Kakaroto stands there with Vodenisov around his waist. Vodenisov gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Vodenisov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kakaroto walks away with a smile on his face. Vodenisov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Vodenisov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Vodenisov showed some decent athleticism there.
Kakaroto knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vodenisov on the ground.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
It looks like Vodenisov is going to stand back up.
Vodenisov wants to free his trapped foot but Kakaroto is holding on for dear life with his legs.

I would just about give that final round to Pavel Vodenisov.
I think Vodenisov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
