Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Reinhart Vult (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ola Afolabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vult comes to the ring accompanied by War Machine by KISS. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Reinhart Vult!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ola Afolabi!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Afolabi misses with a few strikes there.
Vult moves in looking to clinch but Afolabi pushes him off.
Vult doesn't manage to clinch there - Afolabi circles away.

Vult rushes Afolabi and presses him up against the ropes.

Afolabi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Afolabi connects with a solid leg kick.
Afolabi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Vult tries to clinch but Afolabi is having none of it.
Vult connects with a crisp jab.
Vult tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Vult really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Afolabi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

A nice right hand lands inside from Vult.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Vult checks a leg kick.

Vult showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Afolabi.
Afolabi takes a swing at Vult's ribcage but misses.
Vult misses with a series of wild punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vult tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Afolabi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Vult dodges the punch combination from Afolabi.
Afolabi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Afolabi keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Afolabi tried to score with a low kick but Vult checks it.

Vult has closed the distance and engaged Afolabi in a clinch.
Afolabi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Vult has him pressed against the ropes.
Afolabi tries to circle away but Vult has him pinned against the ropes.
Vult tries to stall but Afolabi uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Reinhart Vult will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Afolabi pivots, looking for a leg kick but Vult is out of range and Afolabi settles back down.

Afolabi throws a leg kick which misses Vult's front leg but catches the back leg as Vult tries to avoid it.

Ola Afolabi seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Vult takes one on the button.
Afolabi walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Vult chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Afolabi can pounce on him.
Afolabi looks to land a combination but Vult avoids it well.
Afolabi misses with a few strikes there.
Afolabi lands a nice looking kick to the body. Vult takes a step back to recover.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Afolabi is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Vult is defending well for now.
Afolabi is trying to force a seperation but Vult has the dominant position.

A head punch blocked on the inside by Afolabi.
Vult working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Afolabi is trying to maintain a safe position but Vult gets an underhook and turns Afolabi into the ropes.

Afolabi has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Afolabi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ola Afolabi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Afolabi thuds his right hand into Vult's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Vult throws a head kick but Afolabi moves out of range.

and Vult counters with a nice uppercut.
Vult buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Afolabi is breathing heavily.
Afolabi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Afolabi throws out a leg kick but Vult moves out of range and Afolabi only half commits.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ola Afolabi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Vult stalks Afolabi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Afolabi's face. Afolabi staggers backwards, shaken.

Vult staggers Afolabi with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Afolabi looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vult stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Afolabi.
Afolabi smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Vult misses the shot to the body.
Vult tries to close the distance and clinch but Afolabi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A low kick from Afolabi misses
and Vult counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Vult looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Afolabi with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

and Vult counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Vult tries to close the distance and clinch up but Afolabi swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and before Afolabi can reset, Vult rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Afolabi is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!

Afolabi is rocked!
Vult feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Afolabi collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
