Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fantinaz Del Norte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emilio Del Geno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Del Norte kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is La Coka Nostra - Malverde Market. The crowd seem to be enjoying Del Geno's choice of entrance music: Santino Marella - La Vittoria. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Geno avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Del Norte thuds a left hand into Del Geno's body.
Del Norte lands with a kick to the temple. Del Geno shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Del Geno misses with a takedown
and Del Norte counters with a stiff right hand.
Del Norte wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Del Norte throws a head kick but Del Geno moves out of range.

Del Norte looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Del Norte thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Del Geno's head.
Del Geno slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Del Geno is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Del Geno is trying to control the position but Del Norte postures up.

Del Norte tries to buck Del Geno off but he can't manage it.
Del Geno postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Del Norte looks a forlorn figure.
Del Norte wants to control but Del Geno is having none of it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
