The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dong closes the distance and clinches.
Smith jumps guard but Dong turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Smith tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dong just stands there and leans against the cage.

Dong breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dong closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Smith's guard.
Dong has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Dong wants to stand but Smith is controlling his posture from full guard.

Smith is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dong defends well.
