Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lazarus Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Powell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Po's entrance music is Tribal Seeds- Vampire. A fine choice. Powell has chosen Blame It on the Alcohol by Of Mice & Men as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lazarus Po!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jake Powell!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Po's waist but Po gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Powell off to one side.
Po keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Powell misses with a takedown attempt - Po sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lazarus Po has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Powell.
Powell dives in and grabs Po's left leg, looking for a takedown. Po pushes down on Powell's head and hops out.
Po takes the fight into the clinch.
Powell tries to break free but Po pushes him back against the cage.
Powell has had enough of the clinch but Po keeps him there for the moment.
Po misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Powell.
Po lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Po lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Powell.
Po is struggling to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Po escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Po pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Powell shoots for a takedown but Po saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Powell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Powell looks winded!
Po fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Po connects with a high kick.
Lazarus Po is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Po stuffs the takedown.
Powell fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Po avoids it really well and circles away.
Po lands a big head kick that sends Powell tumbling to the mat! Po takes a step backwards and waves Powell back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Powell is rocked!
It looks like Jake Powell has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Po seems to be stalking Powell here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Powell drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Lazarus Po!
