Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Virus fails with an attempt to clinch.
Born is trying hard to land a takedown here. The Virus sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
The Virus lands with a nice body punch.
Born is breathing heavily.
Born tries to score a power double leg takedown but The Virus sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Born somewhat.
This has been an exciting period of action!

It looks like Mike Born has been cut.
Born shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as The Virus sprawls well. The Virus wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Born gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Born. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The Virus pushes Born up against the ropes in a clinch.
Born goes for a takedown attempt but The Virus pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

The Virus cracks Born with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. The Virus has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Born to stand back up!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Born keeps the fight in the clinch, despite The Virus's efforts to push away.
Born wants a takedown but no success here.
A frustrated look appears on The Virus's face as he tries to break the clinch.
The Virus is trying to force a seperation but Born has the dominant position.
The Virus tries to stall but Born uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Born has picked The Virus up - he's going for a ride! Born dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The Virus is looking for a sweep. Born is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The Virus kicks Born off and gets back to his feet.
Mike Born seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Virus goes for a small jab and connects. Now The Virus goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Born stumbles back but The Virus runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Born to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Born will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
