Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tabbrani Hassan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhang Chunqiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hassan comes to the cage accompanied by child in time-deep purple. Chunqiao comes into a darkened arena with his song building. You Can't Be Friends With Everyone by MAKE OUT kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Tabbrani Hassan looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chunqiao has closed the distance and engaged Hassan in a clinch.
Hassan looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Hassan tries to pull guard but Chunqiao forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Chunqiao throws a punch but it's blocked by Hassan.
Chunqiao wants to take the fight to the mat but Hassan manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Chunqiao is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hassan pulls him back up using the underhooks.
A frustrated look appears on Chunqiao's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Hassan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The referee is keeping an eye on Chunqiao - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Chunqiao tries a body shot but Hassan blocks it.

Hassan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Chunqiao uses from the top position.

Chunqiao shoots in looking for a takedown but Hassan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Chunqiao's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Chunqiao goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Chunqiao has a couple of punches blocked by Hassan.
Hassan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chunqiao walks away with a smile on his face. Hassan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Chunqiao misses with a double jab.
Hassan moves out of range as Chunqiao strikes.
Chunqiao wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Chunqiao shoots in but Hassan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A combination from Chunqiao does no damage.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Chunqiao has managed to clinch.
Chunqiao is trying to push Hassan away but Hassan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hassan is pressed up against the cage. Chunqiao has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hassan down to the mat. Hassan avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Chunqiao drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hassan gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Hassan wants to stand but Chunqiao has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Zhang Chunqiao was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Nice uppercut lands for Chunqiao. That snapped Hassan's head back.

Hassan takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Chunqiao looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hassan is fending him off so far but Chunqiao persists. Nope, Hassan circles away and we're back to standing.

Well Chunqiao has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
