Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Faustino Barrientos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pyry Perkele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perkele comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Perkele kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkele motions for Barrientos to come forward. Perkele throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
The fight stays on the outside here - Perkele looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Perkele closes the distance and clinches.
Barrientos lands a left hand that snaps the head of Perkele backwards.
Barrientos pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Perkele connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Perkele ducks right into an uppercut from Barrientos.
Perkele displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Barrientos throws out the jab.
Perkele looks to land a left hand but Barrientos moved out of range nicely.
Perkele bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Barrientos's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Perkele comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Perkele ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Perkele no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Perkele thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Perkele has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Barrientos is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Perkele.
